Kendrick Lamar expressed his dissatisfaction with the big three labels. J. Cole responded with a track but later deleted it. Drake then responded to Kendrick and rejuvenated the rap genre with his music. As of now, Kendrick has not yet responded to Drake's track. Rick Ross wasted no time in dissing Drake and referring to him as a white boy. With all the rap beef going on, tensions are high. Chris Brown also joined the beef with his new track called "The Weakest Link" which is a diss to Quavo. In the track, Chris Brown brought up Quavo's girlfriend Sweetie, and even mentioned that some people wished Quavo was dead instead of his nephew and group member Takeoff. It's evident that Chris Brown's diss track cut deeper than anyone else's. Historically, hip-hop beef has been known to spill over into the streets, but as long as this beef stays on wax, there shouldn't be any issues. We cannot have another Notorious B.I.G vs. Tupac scenario again.
